The person behind it

I like turning ideas
into something useful.

I’m Stefan, a Macedonian business student based in Madrid. I study at IE University and work across operations, process improvement and sales. I’ve also founded ventures, including Steadframe and ExpoMastery.

What I work on

I improve how work gets done, lead teams and develop customer relationships. Over 6+ years, I’ve led an eight-person business-development team, improved design and manufacturing efficiency by 20%, and managed 200+ client relationships.

How I work

I start by understanding the problem and the people involved. Then I turn that understanding into a clearer process, a useful tool or a practical next step. I enjoy taking responsibility and seeing an idea through. I bring analytical problem-solving, clear communication and good time management to a team, and adapt as priorities change.

Tools I’ve built

Alongside my operations and commercial work, I founded and developed Steadframe, an AI platform for business workflows, and developed Dema Stil’s in-house ERP and MES software for business planning and production. These projects give me another way to put process improvements into practice.

Outside work

I’m a private pilot with 100 flight hours and the founder of IE Pilots Club. At university, I also contribute to Student Government. Flying and community projects give me different ways to learn, organise and bring people together.
